I'm sure they'd be quite happy writing their own case studies, customer emails, blogs, news stories and more – but I also know that they're pulled in many directions and writing content is often the thing that gets pushed down the list.

I like a detailed brief, but I'm equally comfortable taking notes on a phone call or receiving a few pointers on email.
