A bit about me...Animals are special to me, so I feel very lucky to volunteer for the charity Guide Dogs as a fosterer for dogs in training. As you can see, I am yet to perfect the 'dog selfie'! My husband and I have just said goodbye to our most recent foster dog, so the house is feeling a bit quiet right now... but we know we'll be asked to welcome a new one again very soon.
I enjoy holidays where I can get outdoors. The Lake District and Scotland top my list for mountain walks, lochs and lakes, nature, birdlife and delicious food and wine. I love to get together with family and friends for a meal or to see a concert or musical. I've even been known to arrange singing sessions at home with friends every now and then. (The dogs aren't always that keen!) |
